Welcome to AIRVENOR. By accessing or using our website airvenor.com and our applications (including Pilot Logbook), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of our services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our applications.
• Use our services to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content.

2. Aviation disclaimer

Important: AIRVENOR applications, including Pilot Logbook, are record-keeping tools only. They are not certified flight planning, navigation, or operational tools. They do not replace official aviation documentation, certified flight planning software, or the pilot's responsibility for the safe conduct of a flight.

The pilot in command remains solely responsible for the safety of the flight, compliance with all applicable aviation regulations, and the accuracy of any records kept.

3. Accounts and registration

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual property

All content on our website and in our applications — including text, graphics, logos, code, and design — is the property of AIRVENOR or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our services without our prior written consent.

5. User content and data

You retain ownership of the flight records and data you create inside our applications. By using our services, you grant AIRVENOR a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data as necessary to provide the services (for example, to perform encrypted cloud backups if you enable that feature).

6. Third-party services

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Google Play). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Fees and subscriptions

Pilot Logbook is currently free to download and use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. Any paid feature will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIRVENOR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIRVENOR from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
